Home to Home
The Home to Home program provides a safe, structured way for pets to be rehomed directly from their current home, minimizing stress for both pets and owners. Pets stay in their home while the owner searches for a suitable new home, rather than entering the shelter system.
Pets listed through the program will have a courtesy rehoming profile on the WCGHS website and Petfinder.com, connecting them with caring adopters while keeping the transition low-stress.
Eligibility: Pets must be spayed or neutered to qualify.

Submit Application
Once the application is received and approved, the pet will be posted through the program. Interested adopters will contact the owner directly to arrange meet-and-greets and re-homing.
